This battery has worked fine from the beginning and clearly has a much longer useful life that the original HTC battery. I could not be more pleased with it and no change in the thickness of the phone was required.

I’m realistic when purchasing a non OEM battery like Seidio or in this case, Amzer. After researching the batteries online, many people are either happy with results or disappointed. I am on the disappointed end. After using the Amzer 1800 mah battery for around 10 cycles (charging to full and recharging when below 10 percent), the performance was noticeably worse than the OEM 1350 mah battery. I can see the battery life count down from 100 to 90 percent in 15 minutes without running any apps. The draining does slow down after, but I can not get through the day without charging it at least once. I am not a power user either, check emails are on manual, light dimmed, etc…. I think this is more a quality control problem than Amzer lying about the battery’s performance. Unless you have to use the OEM battery cover for a protective case, then give it a shot. Amazon has a great return policy in case you got a lemon. If not I would recommend the 2150 mah battery that you can get through Verizon made by HTC. That battery is thicker, so it also comes with a new battery cover. Price is 59.99, so it’s like 5 bucks more than the Amzer for an OEM product with more mah. Can’t beat that in my book.
