    This is the same battery that Blackberry furnishes with the 8700 and various other models. I use this BB infrequently as it is the phone I use with various country SIM cards when I travel internationally once or twice every other month. The battery is perfect and you can buy this item from this supplier with confidence that you are getting the OEM battery at a good price.

    I purchased 2 of these after reading the reviews and they hold their charge well. I was surprised how fast I received the shipment. I ordered on Wednesday and received it Saturday. I would buy from this seller again.

    My Blackberry curve was dying fast about 14 hours after recharge. Bought two of these along with a charger, and not only do they last just like a new battery, when one runs low, I exchange to the other. Charge lasting with average use right at 48 hours

    My BlackBerry was dropping my calls unexpectedly. TMobile said they didn’t make those batteries and that I needed to get an upgrade on my phone. I asked if replacing the battery would work, they said “most likely, not”. I refused to get an upgrade without trying. I went to a battery provider, it would cost $40. I came to Amazon and bought a couple of these batteries. They arrived in a matter of a few days, brand new and I am happy with my old BBerry. Excellent customer service!!
