    It’s just okay. Only holds a charge for a day, sometimes less and it’s not like I use it a lot or play a lot of videos or do other battery-killing things to the phone.

    This purchase was a very economical way to replace my cell phone battery. Definitely would do again! The battery was new, as stated, and holds a charge just as the original battery did.

    I ordered this battery hoping to replace the old broken battery from my Pearl (did you guys know that apparently the silicone case that the salespeople convince you to buy can actually sweat over time and cause water damage to your battery??). When it arrived it was clear it was a newer version of the older battery I needed to replace – same overall size and shape, but the new version was lighter in weight and when I put it in my old Pearl it wouldn’t turn on.

    I contacted customer service, immediately got an auto-generated extremely apologetic response asking for me to let them know whether I’d prefer a refund or a free replacement battery – I asked for the replacement battery and gave them my information….the replacement battery never came, I never heard from them again.

    Tried to get around spending the 50 dollars for a brand new battery, should’ve just ponied up.

    i had a battery issue with my blackberry pearl 8220 -FLIP. Even though i charge for say 8 hrs , once i start using charge will stay for say 15 min. Decided to buy battery online. I found this to be the best deal. i was having doubts but so far it is good and charge stays like when i bought my mobile new. with electronics u can never say anything until u buy and use it.

    i wud say go for it as there is nothing much to lose by trying it. for me it works cool.

    Nothing special, but this battery is a much safer bet than using aftermarket batteries. Genuine RIM blackberry product replacement that functions just as the original one did.
