Well i fried my Lg Vu battery by charging it way too much. I was going to purchase a new one and the att retailer said it was $50.00!!! i was like maybe i should get a new phone. But I was really attached to my phone and my phone still looks new and it’s not scratched. So a little skeptical I bought this battery for total like 8 bucks! and it worked just like the new one that first came with the phone!!! Its new and it really works! I really recommend it.

The battery was fine, works perfectly. But I paid for expedited shipping, and I’m convinced that it took even longer to get to me because of this. Rather than put the battery in an envelope and drop off at USPS, they sent it to an expedited mail service provider who had to process it for about 4 days before it eventually was dropped in the USPS mailbox. So instead of 3 or 4 days, it took 8 days to arrive. BTW, the product was ordered very early in the day and records show it was in the hands of the expedited mail service provider by late that same day.

The battery is great – Mine lasted for about 18 months, even though it suffered some water damage. AT & T does NOT carry this anymore so Amazon saved my life by having it in stock. I paid $9 for a new battery instead of $179 for a new phone!

The product works very well. My shipment was late because of a missnumbered zip code but the customer service responded to my issue and it was resolved in a mannerly fashion. I would recommend their services to anyone.

it is the orginal, battery is working just like the one that came with the phone.,service was fast and complete.
