    I ordered this item for a very old Panasonic cordless phone. It is exactly the same battery model specified by the phone and it works great.

    Battery was delivered new. Quality is exceptional when used with a Panasonic cordless phone. Other “generic” batteries don’t appear to work correctly with this cordless phone model. Batteries have an incredibly long life-span and have to be replaced infrequently.

    I have returned the incorrect item to seller for a credit (refund); hopefully I’ll see a credit on my credit card statement soon! The ordered battery number and the invoice number were correct. Item received was not.

    I bought this battery for the phone in our bedroom. The cost was okay, delivery was acceptable, but the battery held a charge for only a couple of days.

    Amazon asked me to rate the transaction, which I did, which included sending my rating to the vendor. Amazon said I should hear from the vendor in a couple of days. NOT! It’s been a week now and still no word from Amazon or the vendor. Now Amazon is asking me to write a review. Don’t they read these things?

    Looks like I’m off to buy a new phone. Not through Amazon though.

    This battery works perfectly for my Motorola cell phone. It holds a charge for at least two days, and only takes a few hours to recharge. Great buy!
