      When I was having phone issues (phone crackling then message to recharge) found out the Panasonic phone (which I love) needed special batteries so I tried to buy them locally and couldn’t find them. So I bought them from Amazon. I was disappointed they were a little expensive with shipping and all and could not purchase locally, but phone is working great so far and it’s been about a month. According to experts I have talked to the key to getting the batteries to last a long time is to keep the phone off it’s base until the phone face shows a recharge message to charge for 7 hours, then put it on the base for about 7 hours. So far so good, hope they last at least a year or more. Shipping was fast and they arrived in a timely manner.
